Meth. friendly motor oil?

I'm running the basic Royal Purple 5w 30 and on there site they recommend upgrading to there XPR brand...which I have yet to see on local store shelves. What do ya'll run?

I just ran castrol, I dont' see the need for expensive oil.

I doubt that the quantity of methanol that we're consuming is signifigant to the oil, compared to an engine that runs on pure meth.
