I just purchased a Progressive Controller kit(3 bar map)to use on my turbo project. I'm putting together a 1998 GMC ext. cab Sonoma with a t3/t4 hybrid turbo. Later on I'll be installing a modified Edelbrock# 2114 intake manifold adapted for mpfi along with 65# injectors plus a bigger Turbonetics 62-1. I'm using a fully built 4.3l V6 Vortec engine. Hoping to make between 300~350hp with stock intake manifold(19# injectors)with the t3/t4 and between 400~450hp with the Edelbrock intake and bigger 62-1 turbo. I'll be tuning my stock computer using the TunerCat software. Will be checking in frequently here for help with the alcohol kit. PEACE>Tony

I've installed the pump and I'm working on the wiring. Had to ask Bilal for an angled nozzle holder to locate the nozzle properly. This thing should be ready to fire up very soon. My avatar is my new converted Edelbrock mpfi intake with 65#injectors. PEACE>Tony

| Alcohol Water Injection Year: 1998 Make: GMC Model: Sonoma | The choke hole on the 96 and up 4.3l engine is that the stock intake manifold does not permit changing the injectors which are set at 19#. The Edelbrock#2114 intake is ment to be used with a carb. A good friend of mine decided to try and make it into a mpfi unit and has succeeded in doing so. Right now he has one working on a n/a engine. The numbers are not very big but the manifold is ment to be used in a forced induction senario which will make more power. My setup will be the testbed for the next fase.Once I get the engine running and tuned a little, I'll then install the manifold and go from there. With my present setup, I hope to make over 350hp and maybe more now that I've installed the alcohol kit. "Houston we have a go" PEACE>Tony

Here's a pic of the one on the n/a engine. The owner is very happy with the results so far. The truck has remained very streetable and just needs a little more tweaking.
