| I purchased your kit from a friend a little while ago, and installed it on my 1989 Mitsubishi Mirage turbo hatchback. It's been running like a champ for months now. I've been able to safely run up to 20psi of boost on the 1.6L DOHC turbocharged engine. Just figured I'd show you some pics of what the setup and the car look like. The car is a real sleeper, and using your kit has allowed me to avoid having a huge front mount intercooler. Check it out: The steel braided line has since been covered by black wire loom Here are my mods: 14B turbo, manifold, and o2 housing from a 1G Eclipse 2.5" downpipe, 3" exhaust with racecat and resonator (no muffler) A'PEXi SAFC 450cc injectors from a 1G Eclipse Front and rear strut tower bars The Devils Own 2bar universal kit w/GM MAP Autometer boost gauge 15" OZ rims (from a Lancer OZ Rally) Krylon flat black paintjob Colt grill Future mods: EVO 16G turbo even bigger injectors larger intercooler/intake pipes full suspension (probably KYB AGX w/1G Eclipse lowering springs) All suspension bushings replaced 4G63T throttle body (have waiting to install) 4G63T clutch/flywheel (have waiting to install) drilled/slotted rotors and better pads (have waiting to install) new headgasket w/ARP head studs etc, etc, etc. Also, I'm talking to my brother about potentially using your kit on his SR20DET-powered 240SX, instead of using a FMIC. Thanks! |

| Well, when I ran the car stock (on 16yr old suspension), I got a 16.2 with a completely bogged launch and a crap 60ft. Once I installed the kit, I had also gone to bigger injectors, the SAFC, MBC, etc. The best I could run was a 15.2, becuase the clutch couldn't hold any power past 2nd gear! Stock boost is 8.5psi....and the kit/injectors/SAFC(cutting back about 15% fuel) let me safely run 20psi! So once I swap in a better clutch, and get the car tuned, I'll be running WAY better times. I'll keep you guys posted. |

| I recently dyno'd my car: 211whp! That's at about 19psi. I've got a LOT more plans for the car. My goal is to squeeze 300whp out of the 1.6L engine. The alcohol injection kit will play a huge part in that. Thanks! BTW....stock, this engine makes 135hp at the crank, at 8.5psi of boost.
