E85 and Water/Meth Injection = Overkill?

So I recently discovered that I have a public E85 fueling station 1.8 miles away from my new place in upstate, NY and another one within 5 miles.

I've been toying with the idea of upgrading my injectors to massive 79 lb/hr injectors and getting a tune (I already have a top-notch fuel pump). The software I have can switch between several tunes/maps so I could switch back to 93 octane after draining out all the E85.

I already have a devil's own kit waiting to be installed, but I've been thinking that if I'm running E85 (105 octane) and supposedly burns much cooler than 100% gasoline, would water/meth be overkill?
