i remember seeing signs in california for methanol pumps, not sure if they still exist but the signs on the freeways still do. Is this pure methanol? I do know of one methanol fueling station i know about but not sure if its public use.

Are you sure it's not ethanol? Never heard of methanol at the pump, E85 is sold which is 85% ethanol and 15% gas which you cannot use in the system.

yea its methanol not E85 ethanol. the signs on the freeway have a gas pump with a M in the middle. I know back in the 90s there were pumps because i seen them when i filled up at certain stations, not sure if they removed them all now.
