Warranty and Returns
1. Length of Warranty
The warranty term for new alcohol/water injection systems purchased from Devilsown Injection is one (1) years beginning on the date of the invoice, as further described below. Pumps,
Pressure Switchs, Solenoids, Fittings, and all other parts and upgrades sold separately from the alcohol/water injection systems carry a ninety (90) day term as described.
2. What is Covered
Devilsown Injection warrants that the products it sells are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty also covers damage due to the shipping of products to you.
This warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, acts of third parties, servicing not authorized by Devilsown Injection, usage not in
accordance with instructions accompanying the product(s), failure to perform required preventive maintenance, including but not limited to cleaning filters, and problems caused by use
of parts and components not supplied by Devilsown Injection.
3. Return Policy
Devilsown Injection will not accept any returns after thirty (30) days beginning on the date of the invoice unless Pre-Approved. For a return RMA you must contact Devilsown for
approval. The item must be un-installed in the original box, in new, unused condition. You must have your original receipt and must contact us within ten (10) days of receiving your
item. All opened returns are subject to a fifteen (20) percent re-stocking including the original shipping charge. If un-opened you are just responsible for the original shipping
cost. You are responsible for shipping the item to us at your expense.
4. Shipping Damage & Discrepancies
If you receive your order with incorrect or missing components, you must notify Devilsown Injection in the manner described above within seven days of receipt. In the event of
shipping damage, notify the shipping carrier immediately and request a damage report, and also notify Devilsown Injection in the manner described above. |
